Formulating a highly tailored email to the reporter's interests and getting up to date verifiable contact information for every reporter who wrote about "Paleo" will take you MUCH more time and effort if you do it on your own vs clicking a button and using a tool for it. We made this tool because I myself do this every day. It's doable, but it will take more time.
