I disagree. It has none of the rhythm of AI generated text. Even humans that copy AI patterns adopt the AI rhythm at least on smaller scale.

But this follows human structure and rhythm through and through, whether on the level of sentences, paragraphs, sections, or the whole text.

I'd say it's handwritten.
